Any Tipps and Tricks we shouldnt sleep on?
We used our working per day. Did 2 companys. Worked in our own company and the once my friend did. (So in total 4 times) and 6 times and randoms, whod pay good. Is that a good strat?
In our country all the shops are empty. Is that the owner slacking or can we deliver to them?

Can help on the shops thing, yeah the owner of all the shops in Germany, XDCD, only built them to get out of high taxes, they aren't actually maintained
Is there a way to improve that on my hand? Or am I hoping for the mercy of the owner to change that situation?

As for advice, make sure you get cheap housing. Make sure that any companies you make are actually profitable which is harder rn due to high wages. Avoid breaking any of the few rules because...well yeah.
Try working your maximum amount of jobs for the most profit and choose the highest jobs first. Some companies give small bonuses if you work for multiple days in a row as well.
My primary source of income except for working jobs is trading on the exchange. If you understand anything about buying and selling and fair prices I would recommend that. Might be worth putting money into a bank for a stable income but if the interest rate is too high they wont be able to pay you back so be wary of that.
