Depending on the company the fixed limited for resources will always be 10,but food and drinks will be 10-20,they don't increase if higher net worth.

Resource Production companies can only have 10. But stuff like food production, boost drink, medkits, or vaccines can have 30 ish workers

10 is a fixed limit, however some very specific companies which are run by admin, can have more such as #Government Cement which has at least 1000
