I think XDCD's offer is over, and the Cement bubble is popping, market will probably normalize soon

It should normalize but electricity is still not stable and it’s still undervalued

There's still a ~235k offer for $0.6/kg, he might be running out of cash and can't offer as much as before ($0.70/kg)

I do agree that the end is in sight, there are 30-or-so plots he still has to complete and then business should finally return to usual.

It's only 20 more plots, I'm sure he prob has money to do it but it is still going to drain him.
