Now that my 7 day beginners boost has ended, my workers now only produce 150kgs of cement. This means that I have gone from making at least a guaranteed $22.50 per worker to $12. That's almost half of what I used to make.
All of my cement companies have either stagnated or are barely increasing some $5 - $20 per day on the net worth graph. Bare in mind that I used to make at least $100- $120 per day for all of my cement companies.
Without the beginners boost, it's basically pointless having a cement company. @Admin please consider raising the cement production to at least 160 kg per worker in order to allow new players to steadily grow their net worth over time.
For one cement is not the only kind of company
For two cement is currently one of the only two production companies that actually make profit with how high cement has made the wages

Lowest wage is 101$, how are you making 12$ / worker. You make 4$ per worker.
with 165kg cement/worker, you make 14.5$.
and its not pointless because its the only way to make money through business, and ig 1 other production company(not sure if any other company makes money, but spacetinker said there are 2).
I don't think you understand that you will not be making more then 4-5$/worker. Even if admin increased it to 165kg, the wages will increase to suit that. Because people will keep overbidding the wage prices. You feel like it will help because you made 165kg cement while others made only 150kg so you were making more profits for same wages as others making less profits.
