The land on Auction, 1 5th Street, was previously owned by Communism (owned by @XDCD).
I think it's time for the people who bought their Communism shares to start asking for those refunds he offered haha

I think this is the only way he can transfer land between companies? Not sure why else you would do it this way. Maybe other people here know a potential reason?
