Why past shareholders have to buy shares in the USA STATE GOVERNMENT company?
They were part of the Lowes Corporation (specifically myself I owned shares in lowes and I bought shares in past to become a shareholder) why are you charging again?

I agree, when I bought lowes 5% shares I bought for 1.5x its valuation,
but then he kept transferring assets out of the company and the company was worth 33% less then when I bought after a while. He said they are doing something big, and I'm guessing this is it?
And now he wants us to pay 6k for 5% again with a 2x valuation. It would be understandable if the company had land or something, but it doesn't.
